9 WEEKS OUT & 50 LBS GONE!!

Wow, it seems so long ago, but then it seems like yesterday since my surgery.  I will admit, there are times I wish I could eat a larger portion, but then I realize........thats what got me this way to begin with.

Overall I am very pleased with my surgery and my weight loss. Today I am 50 lbs lost. Its so cool, because by the time you can finally wear the size you are in now, your into the next size.

I am so thankful for this surgery and all God's blessings.

I know exactly what you mean! There are days when everyone around me is stuffing there face and I think, hmmm I would not mind eating that! but then... I realize how much I have lost, and all that I have to be grateful for, and I snap out of it! :)
