Hello, I am just going on 7 months and the loss is and has been very slow also. I am in the same exact boat as you.
I have noticed that when I add carbs the weight seems to start coming off again. weird!
Began my journey September 2011. Weight 226 lbs

I'm almost 9 months out and I'm having a difficult time staying on program.  I'm hungrier and losing next to nothing.  It's back to basics, high protein, low carbs and drinking my Isopure drinks.  Stick with it and good luck!

Almost 8 1/2 months out and I am still losing. I just started walking up steep hills for one hour/4 miles 5-6 times a week. I am hungrier than I was 2 months ago but it is usually still managable. I can defintiely eat more but I am trying to keep it to adding cucumbers, cauliflower those types of things so I still keep my carbs down most days. I do cheat occasionally but keep it infrequent because I really want to get to 125-130 lbs. Yes the weight loss has slowed but I have a lot less to lose now and that's why I started exercising, too. I know to maintain I have to stay fit and active.

I don't like the feeling of hunger nor do I like I can eat more but I was told this is the progression. I would love to have lost 100 lbs (or more if possible) by my one year surgiversary.

I do not eat bread, rice, pasta, pizza since my procedure. Very rarely I will have a few crackers, a cookie or some cake. Now and then I will have a couple (and really 2-3) dark chocolate kisses.
i will put my weight loss in jeopardy if I start eating carby things again. I eat oatmeal maybe 1-2 times a month and it does not trigger me.

I am 7 months out today. My weight loss, like most of you, has slowed way down. I only lost 2 pounds in the last month and I still have 8 pounds till my personal goal. I still have GREAT restriction, can eat about 2-3 oz of dense protein, plus about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, but that is about it. Carbs, that is a whole different story. I have stayed away from bread and pasta, but really love veggie straws! I gotta get those out of my house! I started running and hope to be able to run a 5K on Oct 6th. I LOVE my sleeve!
