WOW.... you are stunning! I don't see the need for compression garments! I am having surgery in 2 weeks, with 90 pounds to lose, and have worried, "what if I look worse afterwards with the skin and all", omg if I look HALF as good as you I will be thrilled! You have done a great job, and um, heck ya- you should be feeling proud and awesome! way to go!!!! Christina

I had my surgery Jannuary 17, 2012. I missed the holidays but I was doing Medifast during the seven fishes feast for Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years. I had lost 40 pounds in the 6 month medical weight management and then things went wrong with labs going to the wrong place and 6 months became 12 months and my binging disorder took affect and I put all but 9 pounds back on, I knew I already had a fatty liver so once I was given a surgery date on Dec, 1st for January 17th my 2 week pre-op diet became a 7 week pre-op diet. I made it through the holidays because I kept telling myself I wanted to have a successful surgery and I wanted to survive my surgery. In order to do that I needed to lose the weight and move around some. It worked...I dropped all the weight I gained except 4 pounds and I did not even have a cath or a drain for surgery.  The next Holiday was Easter and my family asked what I could eat and they grilled salmon for me and made a salad. So I was able to eat something that was tasty and appropriate for our new eating habits. You Will do Great!
