2 Freaking Hundred Pounds Gone

Double Century Club today. Holy cow, it is unreal to me that I had that much to lose and still have a good distance to the finish line. I haven't weighed this little since high school and I'm 20 lbs from my low weight in my senior year. I can't wait for my head to catch up with it so that I can really see it. But for now, I'm just enjoying all the NSVs that come along with being this weight. I have 12 more days in my first year since surgery. So my journey should leave me in the 2teens by then (since I'm 220 now). So I'll have lost well over 150 in that year (51 down before surgery in my numbers). Wow, just wow. Had to share.

I KNOW! Wild eh? By all measures I've already been successful and I continue to lose. Diabetes - resolved. High blood pressure - Resolved. Big and Tall Store - given the boot. Currently I've lost more than 80% of my excess weight to my 180 stretch goal. My stamina and strength are way up. Every bit of my life has improved. I'm so glad I took the plunge.
