3 month surgiversary

Tomorrow will be 3 months since my surgery. I am down 65lbs, and very happy with it. On the other hand my fiancee and I broke up in July, so its been tuff emotionally. But, I have stayed focused, and proud of myself for doing so in such tuff times. Before my surgery, I would have probably eatten to comfort my emotions.

God is good.

Good for u!!! I am an emotional eater too so I know what a great accomplishment that is. U should be proud!
