CARBS ARE IN EVERYTHING!!!!!!

UGH carbs are in everything. This is just a vent. I have such a hard time keeping my carbs low and I take responsiblity for it but come on really?

Sorry just a bad day for me today I am usually much happier guess I just woke up cranky today.

chicken 
eggs
bacon
broccoli
calliflower
bacon 
tuna
sardines ect.. ect.. ect...

There are plenty of low carbs stuff that are yummy & satisfying.  I like to bring stuff to work that I keep in the fridge in case I need to grab something quick between meals like hard boiled eggs, cheese, turkey pepperoni, mini sweet peppers, laughing cow cheese wedges.  In my desk drawer I keep those ready to eat tuna packets.  I know it's hard to resist the carbs sometimes but I find it helps to have some low carb stuff handy.

THank you both. I am resisting I guess I just woke up hungry and cranky and nothing looks good to me but I drank a protein shake and had some water and I am feeling a little better. Some really good ideas about keeping the ready to eat tuna packets I think I will pick some up to keep at work.

The Atkins Diet website has a listing of foods with their carb counts as well as low-carb recipes, etc.
