8 weeks post op with pics

Doing great. 8 weeks out and finally feeling really good. Really kicked up the excercise last week and for the first time since surgery dropped 5 lbs in one week so feeling pretty great about that. I am starting to love my sleeve and yes it did take this long. It's a total lifestyle change. I found myself actually telling a friend this week that I was angry with them about something that happened. In the past I would have just stuffed my feelings down with food, but I opened up and we got through it.

Life is good. I am keeping the calories around 600, carbs below 40 and excercising at least three times a week.

Thank you all! People have just started noticing in the last week so pretty excited about this. The people noticing thing makes it all the more real. Being down 6 pant sizes doesn't hurt either.
