Down 40lbs As of Today!!!!!! and the greatest NSV ever!!!!!!
I can't believe it...... Today, I am down by 40 pounds!!!!!! For me this is a great SV. But 2 weeks ago I had my biggest NSV... I went to the doctor to check my cholesterol and my blood pressure was 107/70 (we had been talking about medication for it) and my cholestrol was down and next time I may be able to come off the medication for it!!!!!!
I cannot believe the big changes! Thanks for everyone posting it really helps to get through the rough times....
