So.  It has been almost 6 months.  I hit that mark on Friday.  I am officially down 92 lbs.  It hasn't been easy for me and I've faced a lot of head issues.  I'm aware of them and and doing some serious work on it.  I will not let obesity rule me forever.  It's just not going to happen.  Sooo here is a pic from last week.

*edit* I wanted to add that I personally cannot see the difference.  I know that I am smaller.  I know my clothes are smaller and the scale says 262...BUT in pictures I do not see the difference.  But I'm going to keep going and hopefully one day I can see it.  Others see it...just not me.

You have done an amazingly fantastic job! I can definitely see a difference. I think you should pose the same in the after pic as you were in the before though. That might help show you the difference. Because  I stand with my arms back like that (before pic) and it totally helps me look thinner when posing for pictures. :)

It's really difficult to have such a rapid body change.  You will see the difference don't worry.  I see it and so does everyone else.  Your stomach is so much smaller.  Did you take measurements? If not start now.  That helps me.  You are doing a fantastic job!

You are definitely smaller. I have head issues too-- people tell me I look thinner, but I don't believe them.

I'm sure as you continue to lose, you will begin to notice the changes...don't your clothes fit looser than before? That is a clue.

Best wishes on your WL journey
