My body always plays with 2 pounds when I hit a stall or when it's time of the month. Just continue to stick to your plan and ride it out. I have heard of the pouch test. Have you? You basically go back to the basics protein shakes, liquids only etc. Look into it. Many people use it to kick start weight loss again. I know you are a slower loser but so am I, you weren't that big to begin with so losing is losing. I was one of my doctors smaller clients so I expected for weight to come of slow and steady. Mine has slowed but not stopped. 2 lbs like the other lady said could be anything. Just ride it out.
Ok breathe....lol
At 5 months my weight loss stopped all of a sudden.Bounced 2 up and stayed like that for 7 weeks. In that 7 weeks I think I lost 4 pounds .2 at a time.Couldnt even really know when I was down.
In the past 14 days I lost 10 pounds and then it stopped again.I have bounced up 2 pounds and who knows what will happen now.But it all averages out and at the end of the day I have still lost about 10 pounds average for those months, which seems ok to me.
Exercise, track, dont weigh every day and wait it out.
Unless you are eating more and moving less you will start losing again.
Good luck.

I hit four of these 'stalls' on the way down. I put stalls in quotes because technically they don't meet the definition unless it has been 4 weeks which doesn't help our frustration one bit, I know!
I first checked myself to be sure I was staying on plan, which it sounds like you've already done. Having done that, there's not much for it but to wait it out.
The good news is that I always lost a clothing size during these weight-loss pauses.

You and I had Surgery the same day. I am also the same weight for last two weeks. I am so frustrated. I started back to basics today so hopefully that will help. I did protein shake for breakfast and will for lunch and soup for dinner. I am just sort of hoping to restart the clock. Hope everything starts moving for you soon also.

Because you're normal. As long as you're sticking to plan the fat has no choice but to leave, but sometimes you water level fluctuates and makes the scale look bad.
Check you fluid intake, bump it up a bit if needed, and try to trust the process.
