Alive Liquid Multi-Vitamin

I know it gets asked time and time again, but I'm searching for a multi. I know at first I will be on liquids. I found Alive! Liquid Multi and it looks like it would be a good one and it's liquid so easy to take (as long as it tastes good). Any thoughts? I am not familiar with vitamins so I don't know if this has good stats or not. It did have higher percentage of the vitamins per serving than a lot of the others I found. I linked above if anyone cares to take a look and give me some advise.

Thank you!!

Bariatric advantage has a good liquid vitamin that includes every thing you would need all in one. Every thing BUT the iron. It's mixed with water and counts as your daily liquid intake.

Check the amount of sugar in it!  It is high.

I really don't have a clue on this. How much sugar is too much? I guess 4 grams is a lot in 1 ounce.

I like Baritric Advantage chewables...french vanilla...really mild pleasant flavor that doesn't make you bonkers after a while. I started with a sweet tart type flavored chewable at first and didn't mind it but after a couple of weeks I couldn't take it anymore. Usually the liquid vitamins are worse than the chewable...for me...BUT you can mix those in with a protein drink and you probably wouldn't notice it's even in there. I was allowed to swallow bigger pills fairly early on but I found that any multi vitamin will upset my stomach unless I am sure to take it with my food...hence the chewables which I tend to take right after eating lunch as my "dessert" :)

I found a liquid multi at Walgreens that has 0 grams of sugar. It is the Walgreens brand. I'm going to hit up the local health store and see what they have. If nothing else I think the Walgreens brand one is good. I think I may buy it and take it to my doctor for approval. Eh, I guess I could just check their website or snap a picture of the label in case he says no.
