I had surgery on Feb 6th so Im over 9 months out and I suffer from freezing cold hands and feet, is there anything I can do? I do wear sock/booties for my feet but I have no clue on how to keep hands warm.. I can add an extra sweat shirt or blanket but honestly these cold hands are killing me!

I use fingerless gloves so I can still work but hands stay warmer. GL

What Holly said neighbor!

My DD and Sister had your surgeon do their sleeve.  He was suppose to be doing mine but, is leaving at the end of the year and I haven't got the insurance to agree to the revision yet.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Try hand Warmers in your gloves or pockets. Most sporting goods stores carry them.
