Coping with pre-surgery anxiety

This is a very lovely thing -- I used it several years ago when I had back surgery. If nothing eise, it helped me to relax and to feel confident.

I plan to use it again when I have my VSG. I also think it would be great for plastic surgeries, and any other surgeries of any kind.
