HAPPY VETERANS DAY TO ME!!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

I know it's been a while since I've been out here. We lost a dear friend in a tragic shooting this month and we haven't stopped reeling from the events. But all is well and I wanted to say Happy Veterans Day to all my fellow vets out there!!!!

Last year this time I was over 300lbs. Today, I weigh in at 169lbs and only 5lbs from being a normal weight!!!! Below are a couple of my most recent pics. Be encouraged guys and keep it moving!!! :-) So proud to be a sleever!

Nice to see you post again.  Yes, Happy Veteran's Day to you.............and all Vets.  My older son is a Marine Corps Vet, so I have a special place in my heart for those who served and who are still serving.  Your service to our country can't be measured in how many time we say thank you.........it is measure by our warm hearts and prayers.

It's sad that you lost a dear friend in such a violent way.  Healing hugs being sent your way.

You have done an amazing job...........you look happy and healthy..........that's what this is all about.

TYTYTY Judy!!!! I feel so wonderful - sometimes it hits me when I'm just doing my normal day in and day out routine. My ONLY regret is that I didn't do this sooner. But then I remember - I refuse to live with regrets - and I just thank God for the here and now. lol

That is absolutely the right way to look at life. But I know how you feel - I am close to goal and just cant believe who I am today.
