STALLS
I've stair-stepped my way down 195 pounds. Some weeks show high numbers, some have zero (or even a gain, although I don't log those). Feel free to visit my profile (scroll ALL the way down) and you'll see. Note: do NOT compare, everyone is different and I was 375 so yeah.

I stalled at 2.5 weeks for almost 3 weeks! Talk about stress! But I stopped weighing in and totally realized my body was playing catch up and the inches just melted away! I lost 8 lbs after and now seem to be slow and no changes again, so I don't think it's an exact science each person will respond differently.
I stall all the time. It's frustrating but it is what it is.
I just ended a month long stall. Just do what you know you should do and it will move again.
