Happy Thanksgiving!
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving with all of their friends and family! I am thankful that I am blessed to have such a great group of supportive people who understand what I am going through!
I pray that we all make great choices today - that we plan any "treats" into our meal plan for the day (then we aren't cheating!!!) and that if we do make a mistake that we learn from it and use it to make better choices in the future!
