Your fastings are still considered high. They should be less than 100, ideally less than 90.
Remember Diabetes is never cured, it's just controlled with weight loss and WLS.
Your postprandial numbers should be less than 140 at 2 hours after your first bite.
So your numbers are still a little elevated, however, they are not bad. Keep doing what you're doing - as you lose more, your fastings will most likely decrease and your pp will decrease too.

Congrats on the VSG!
I agree with the previous poster, your #s are still a little high. They're not bad though. I had surgery in July and I was just taken off of insulin about 3 weeks ago. Just keep following your plan and as the weight comes your sugar levels should improve.
