Cold Weather Brings Cravings, Help!
In the summer I don't remember having any awful cravings. Between Greek yogurt, SF popsicles and jello, it was easy to have sweet snacks.
But now I am struggling. It's hot coffee/tea time of year for me, and cold sweets aren't cutting it. This is when I'd be nibbling toast or cookies.
I can't think of a substitute. Just tough it out?

I have been freezing since I arrived back in Canada last week from Peru. These are helping me this week
1) Hot homemade chicken vegetable soup.
2) Bariwise Raspberry hot chocolate. 15g of protein. I mix it with coffee for a raspberry mocha flavor
3) Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry juice. 10 calories for 250ml. heated up in the microwave for a minute.
I also use a one litre water bottle mix half cranberry juice and half water. Add a cherry pomegranate crystal lite and heat up. A sprinkle of nutmeg/cinnamon will give it a mulled effect if you like that
4) Also chili. The carbs can be high so I have only 1/4 cup and add 1/4 of dry cottage cheese (highest protein lowest carb)
