VSG on 08/13/12

I went Christmas shopping with my sisters all day yesterday. Well I woke up this morning with my back feeling a little tight. So right before I stepped in the shower I tried to stretch it out a bit. As my left hand grabbed my upper right arm to twist, I noticed a bump on my back in the mirror. It took me a bit to realize it was my shoulder blade. I had to laugh at myself. I stretch that way often and haven't seen the shoulder blades in...I don't remember when.

I love NSV. So rewarding for your spirit. One more quick one...I can cross my legs!!! I don't know when it happened, but all of a sudden I realized I was doing it. Another "laugh at myself moment".
