So I am 2 days late, but on the 5th I was 6 mos out and down 65 lbs of the 93 that I am aiming to lose. The doctor is happy with the progress, and as the P.A. put it, I am 2/3 of the way there in 6 mos. Which is awesome! It has been a long and hard journey, but worth every second of it!
