5 days post op back to work!

I'm 5 days out now and 10lbs lighter! Yay me! I did go back to work today. I'm a little tired but really feeling ok. I sit at a desk so no over doing it for me. I can take it as easy as I need too. Feeling really excited about losing. It's hard to believe last Wednesday I had my stomach cut out and now I'm back to work and feeling good about it. Hope it continues on this track!

Congrats! You will continue to improve and every day will be better than the last.

Great!  My only caveat is "fogginess".  I was traveling, since it was Thanksgiving, and I did find that I had a fairly short attention span before my mind would wander off, that I made more typos that usual, and I was a little slower cognitively.

So just be really careful if you need to do the budget this week!  Or anything with a lot of details!  And to rest when you get home.

I'm starting on week 4 and am back to just my usual level of fogginess and inattention to detail! LOL!

thats funny you say this....i was just telling the gal here at work that tell me again tomorrow b/c i feel my brain is foggy! Glad to hear it will go away! thank you for your support and info. it helps so much!
