Setback? 12 days post op

So things have been going great, until yesterday.  I got the WORST heartburn/acid reflux (still have it today). And my abdominal aches.  Called my dr and they suspect I might have pushed it too far with liquids and soup ( I'm on full liquids). They told me to scale it back to bare minimum intake and things should improve.

Isthis just one of those lessons about getting to know my sleeve? Has something like this happened to anyone else?

One of the down sides with the sleeve is that you might develop really bad heart burn or GERD. I had it before surgery and now it is back with a vengeance. I take Nexium 40 mg in the morning before breakfast or full liquids and wait for an hour before I eat. It has gotten a little better but not to where it won't bother me. Will call my doc tomorrow to see if I should take more or another PPI on top of that one. Yeah it basically sucks to have that going on especially when you are trying to heal.
