Anybody else always cold? I live in the snow belt so it is very cold outside, but even in the house I can't get warm. I shiver all day and can't get warm at night. Does this ever go away?

I'm still freezing all the time, but I'm still losing too. I'm told it gets better in maintenance and once you and your body adjusts.

For now... layers, wool socks and a desk heater are my BFFs.

Yes! I used to be hot and now I am cold. The flannel sheets and extra blankets are helping along with my fuzzy socks and slippers. I've been tempted to wear the mittens that fold down to expose your fingertips indoors. Everyone else in my family is comfortable.

Me, too.  Used to be too warm all the time, but postop I am cold most of the time.

Assuming I stay on my plan and continue to lose, I can't wait to see how I handle the hot, humid NJ summers!

I've been freezing too so I went out and bought long underwear from Walmart (Fruit of the Loom makes them) to wear underneath. It really helps!

And Uggs are a must for me too! I have the slippers in three colors.

alpaca  gloves and socks and a down blanket keep you toasty at night , cosco sells the best heater, but be careful or you will feel like a roast chicken

It's amazing how many times I see this same post! my husband will be so excited if this happens after my surgery! He's always complaining I freeze him out of our home.
