Two-do land
Don't know if that is a word or not but this morning the scale finally didn't show a 3 for the first number. I started this journey September 26, 2012 at 388 pounds. 2 weeks later the day before surgery I was at 367 and now today three months and 2 weeks later the scale showed 299. Still got a way to go to get to my doctors goal of 248 but I think I can actually see the finish line now. I really want to say how thankful I am for all of the O-H family for their help and kind words along the way. This would have been so much more difficult without this site and the people here. I don't understand how to figure out percentage lost based on what others say you should lose by a certain time but I hope I am ahead of the curve. Bob
