Been TOO long!!!!! MISSED YOU GUYS!!
HEY EVERYONE!!
I know its been awhile since I've posted but wanted to share an update, (even if my picture wont upload). I had VSG 4/11/12 weighing in yesterday in down 129LBS. IT FEELS AMAZING TO BE UNDER 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! I started out around 470 January of Last year. At surgery I was 420, but now being 291 i REALLY cant explain the joy I have for life again!!!! Of course I have my days where I want what I want because it is all mental, I still have to work on myself, BUT I LOOK SOOOO GOOD, it makes me want to strive for better!! LOL......LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
