Ugh - more hurtles!

Had a preop endoscopy Dec. 27th.  They found a polyp in my esophagus. It was biopsied and found to be benign.  The report was sent to my surgeon who cleared me for VSG on March 20th.  Yay!  I went to see the gastro doc yesterday for a follow up on the endoscopy and he wants to go back in and do another one.  Seems he doesn't feel secure in the findings and wants to do another biopsy.  He wants me to postpone my surgery.  I thought I had this one in the bag this time.  Not yet!

Huh, March 20th seems like plenty of time to get a second endoscopy in to me.  I'm under 3 weeks out from my surgery and I'm still a week and a half away from my first endoscopy...
