Salty Crunchy!

I am seriously looking for ideas to quell my desire for salty crunchy food. All of a sudden it seems my inner devil is demanding this, especially at night. I have tried cucumbers and vinegar (my old stand by as I love this), carrots and hummus, celery and peanut butter (not a good choice for me), but the craving continues and "white knuckling" it is wearing thin. Any suggestions?

Forgot about those, they are great with no feelings of deprivation.

I really cant take credit, the idea came from Jenn on this forum. I do love them and my family is addicted too. You can do the same with American cheese. 1 slice into 16 squares and micro 1-1.5 minutes. The counts are not quite as good though. and be sure to use the deli style deluxe American.

The Trukey Pepperoni chips made me think of this. Found it on Pinterest last night. The only drawback is that it takes a bit of prep work and a dehydrator.

Toasted seaweed snacks.  I get them at Trader Joes.  Half a pack is 30 calories 1 gram of carb and 1 gram of fiber.  It's like potato chips from the sea.  They are wonderful wrapped around a steamed shrimp.
