Do any of you eat Oysters? I love mine fried; but that will probably have to change if I'm even able to eat them.

I know what you mean, I love oysters fried, roasted, steamed, and my family favorite oyster stew. Knowing that Fried will be a nada... my creative ideas are flowing and wondering about a pork rind breaded oyster that is baked... won't know till I am at a stage to try it.

I'd like to know how that goes. I think they probably could be pan seared with almond or coconut flour on them. Though, I am not sure.

I have put fiber one cereal in the blender to make substitute for breading. It works really well in salmon patties.

Once I hit down 130, when my brother and I went to Tadich Grill in SF for both raw and Rockefeller.  I can eat raw all day, but Rockefeller fill you up. Either are a treat.

I had oysters and steamed clams tonight :)

I don't eat anything fried. Haven't in years much, but these days... never.
