You'll be using that powder for awhile yet. Do yourself a favour and check on what else you're allowed. You'll be amazed at how much just a flavour change helps.

You need to check that list. You may have a whole bunch of things on there and one can make a really satifying meal.
I had full fluids whi*****luded Vegetable ****tails and Tomato juice... and Cottage Cheese and Ricotta...
So I got all big for my britches and made something with 1/4 cup pure tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of ricotta, pureed garlic, pureed basil, and parsley. and baked it... It ended up like pasta less manicotti. Doing it with cottage cheese as good also but more liquid.
Further out where I am now I had pasta less lasagna tonight.
