HELP!!!!
Today is my first day logging back in to this site. I realize that I still need you guys. I'm about 8 months out and I've lost about 73 pounds. I've been stuck between 174- 180 for a couple of months now. I can't seem to get out of the 170s!!! I've noticed how my appetite has picked up. It's almost to where I am hungry all the time!! What saves me is that I still make to the gym at least a few days a week.
Do any of you have any suggestions to kick start that major restriction again?? Please help. I need some suggestions

I am having the same issues in the 160's. I go up and down btwn 163-168 and I am stalled now for a while! I was trying the 5 day pouch test starting this morning (going back to liquids for a few days, then puree then solid) but I slipped and ate a piece of chocolate. Now I feel horrible. I'm going to drink dinner (another shake) and I'll still be in my cal carb and protein ranges for the day. I am going to try the same tomorrow. Will let you know if I feel more restriction. As of now I feel like I have NONE and life has been a struggle these last few months....
Wow... same boat. I am about 10 months out though and at a higher weight (lost 85.5 lbs) then you guys but the being able to eat more has been really hard to deal with. This week I have gone back to basics... been better about logging, eating more protein and watching carbs. I already feel a lot better and can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow.

Ok so just an update. I ate dinner that night I replied to you. It was 4 oz cooked chicken. The next day I drink my shake for breakfast and lunch again. No slipping on chocolate! (yay) and then for dinner I had chicken again, but I could only get in 3 oz and I felt Newbie-full. Honestly. Not eating solid food all day had my stomach twisted and gasy, so IDK if thats why I couldnt eat as much as I was the days before. I also drank my shake w/coffee so IDK if that was upseting my stomach.. I am sticking with the shakes and I am going to try to do one for dinner too. I find the more days I do the shake the less I want to eat at night. Will keep you posted on restriction.
