I just loved reading your post.  Your excitement is contagious!  What an accomplishment, you should feel wonderful.  I understand about the friends.  My starting weight is the same as yours, my friends were quite happy with me being the "fluffiest" in the bunch. I have lost 40 lbs so far and I can already sense a change in their attitude towards me. My best friend refuses to say anything about my loss. It is very sad. My mother asks about my progress and how I feel (I am only 3 weeks postop) but even my sister acts like she is sick of hearing about it.  So I am not telling anyone.  I hope to keep my old relationships, but I welcome new ones!

I am happy you enjoyed the post . I just want to share to help as many as possible. This journey is like a roller coaster ride but towards the better end of the  track.
