Follow the plan that is right for you. Never give up on what you are doing. Accept that you are not always going to do it right and get back on track. Find some exercise that you like and do it. Breathe. Dream. Set goals. Meet goals. Be proud of your hard work, every step of the way even when you are stalled.

Good Luck!
