I came across this link ... I was so disgusted as I read this that I thought more people should know about this.  Knowing this can be an important step in helping us loose the weight and keep it off.

That would explain my pre-surgery addiction to "Baked" Lays.  I thought I was eating something healthy since they were baked.  LOL!  They definitely met my what the article called "the bliss level".
