That would explain my pre-surgery addiction to "Baked" Lays.  I thought I was eating something healthy since they were baked.  LOL!  They definitely met my what the article called "the bliss level".

Just downloaded the book this is based on for my Kindle.  Ready half of it on the plane yesterday.
