I'm on week 3 and eating puree but I'm getting really sick of the same ol' same. I eat tuna and turkey/ chicken puree a lot. Any good ( high protein) recipes that you would like to share?

I just took whatever I like and tossed it into the blender for a few pulses.  I did some canned soups, but added addtiional meat and sometimes additional veggies, or used the same recipes I used pre-op, but if they didn't have enough protein, just added more meat, or unflavored protein powder.

Chili, beef stew, chicken veggie soup, black beans with some chicken and salsa.  Just about anything can be tossed into the blender!

Tilapia should be good for you also. My doctor was very liberal so I was on full solids by 18 days. I also didn't pay that much attention to carbs until after I was on full.

Maybe try black bean or other bean based soups. I ate Panera soups lol.

I am vomiting from trying to eat more than purees.  It really sucks.  But, I don't have a lot of choices since my food plan is pretty much only proteins.
