Now I have my period back, and not in the last 2 years?

I meant years!

I have had an IUD for years before having surgery. I didn't have a period ever either. EVER.

Then I started dropping weight and it came back. It's not a lot but it's almost every 2 weeks. Sucks when you factor in the water retention, grumpiness, etc LOL.

However, it's a small price to pay. I am going to see an endocrinologist here soon because I want to make sure everything is okay hormonally. I talked to my GYN and she wasn't much help. She wouldn't do any blood work or anything. Grrr... So, off to a more special specialist.
