Done this morning. Pain not too bad. Gas is what hurts but starting to walk to knock that out. Overall a positive experience.

800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle

Congratulations! Debra is out of surgery as of 4. She is a bit groggy yet, but will be up and walking soon. She wakes up every once in a while and asks for ice chips.
