I am one year out and I am 8 pounds away from goal. If I never reach my goal, thats fine, because this has been THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF!!

People who say that this doesnt make you happier are full of crap... I am happier, I am healthier, and I look freaking HOT !!!

I am down from a size 24 pants to a size 8 and from a 4xl top to a medium...

At a year out, I can still only hold about a half cup of food and I eat anything I want three times a day. LIFE IS GREAT !!!
