I didn't have many problems with nausea the first couple weeks. Now I'm a month out, and for the last week or so I've had bad nausea before bed and first thing in the morning. It's not related to when I eat my puréed food. Could this be from stomach nerves growing back? Anyone else?

Dehydration can cause nausea. Are you getting 64+ oz of liquid a day? If not, need to seriously bump it up.

Are you taking a PPI like Nexium? excess acid can mimic nausea,as well if you aren't ask for for.

I too had nausea about a month or so out. My surgeon had told me I could stop taking the PPI since I had lost a good bit of weight in the first month.

Bbut then I had nausea - almost all the time - so I started back on it. (I take the store brand).  Bingo. goodbye nausea.
