Week end Loser

I am curious if anyone else has any idea of why I am losing weight only on the weekend?

During the week I walk 2 miles per day 4-5 days per week. I wal****asionally on the weekend, but I am not as faithful to that.

I do my hand weights a couple of times a week, but no more as I have a shoulder injury that I am trying to heal.

What I am finding is that I stall during the week, with NO weigt loss or even a pound or two gained, and then I lose two pounds over the weekend. I did the typical stall at 2 weeks and was stalled with no weight loss for 2 1/2 weeks then down 2 pounds. Then I went all week with no loss, then again, Saturday morning, down two pounds. The same for the next week.

I am not complaining because I am happy with ANY loss. It's just confusing. My food is on track, my water could be better, my carbs are really low. However I do have a high stress job with the public and I wonder if the tension of the week holds the weight and then it just lets go over the weekend.

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions?
