Found out one of the worst things for GERD is MIO and crystal light . They both have a lot of acid in them. But one on the other hand yay !!! I found out chewing sugar free bubble gum or Juicy fruit helps with  GERD. It has to do with the saliva settling the acid. Boy did it help today, within 5 minutes. Tomorrow I will check with pcp on changing ppi.I did try pickle juice it didn't help me.

Did you know Mio contains an ingredient that is used in antifreeze?  Nasty stuff.

I know I just read an article about all of the crappy things it has in it. No wonder I don't do well with it.

You mean propylene glycol? Check your cosmetic products (lotions, gel, etc.) and pills (acetaminophen, etc.) - it's in freaking everything. I would know; I'm allergic to it!
