Great Dinner Tonight - Skinny Shake and Kale Chips
Skinny Shake: 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 15 ice cubes, 1/3 banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp Splenda or sweetener of your choice. Blend until smooth. Makes two 8 oz servings. Taste like a Frosty from Wendy's.

Kale Chips: Fresh Kale cleaned and dried. Cut or tear off the stalk into bite sized pieces and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with olive oil spray and dust lightly with salt. Place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 min or until the edges start to brown and they start to crisp. It's like eating potato chips without the badness.
1 cup serving is 58 cal. 7.6 g carbs. 2.5 g protein.
I admit its a little high in the carb count but worth the change from grilled chicken and salad.
