Vegas in Maintenance

I've seen a few posts about Vegas lately and some of you may be planning trips there soon or just getting ready to have some fun in the sun the long weekend.  Well, I just got back from a week in Vegas and I had a blast!

I brought shakes and healthy snacks from home to eat during the day and avoided buffets entirely.  I shared all of my dinner meals and that helped as well.  I tried to walk a lot and stay active.  The one thing I did let myself have free reign on was alcohol.  In any case, I didn't gain any weight on the trip so I guess I can call it a success? Vegas in Maintenance, baby!
