I walked two miles today in the rain. It was marvelous. 10 weeks ago I couldn't have gone a 1/4 mile in the sunshine.

Wasn't it wonderful? I biked in the rain this this morning and it was liberating!

That's awesome!!! Tonight I walked & jogged I'm trying to jog & it's ruff, but I will do it!!!
