Are Carbs More Addictive Than Cocaine?

It is very scary. But I do consider myself lucky that food is my worst addiction. It has high costs, but no one ever scarfs down a pizza, gets in a car and kills someone.

I know I'm addicted to (bad) carbs. I've done pretty well on my WL journey and followed my plan for the most part. I'm 20 pounds from goal. A friend is going through a very traumatic experience right now ,that I experienced myself a few years ago. When I heard about it, flashbacks of the emotional pain I went through enveloped me and I went on a cookie rampage for 2 weeks. I'd never done anything like that since my WLS. That addiction is always lurking. I told my spouse ,no matter what I weigh, I'll always be an obese person trying to wrestle this demon into remission.
