My 10 month surgiversary was on the 7th of this month. I am down 109lbs., 8lbs from goal. That last 8lbs is giving me Hell but I'm hoping part of that is because I am swapping lard for muscle. I said I wanted to have "guns" by my 40th birthday and it is in 5 days, so looks like this is as close as I'll get. This journey has been amazing and so worth every struggle. Thanks SO MUCH to those who helped, supported and encouraged along the way. Thanks to Elina especially for setting me on the right path in the beginning. To those on the fence...if you are ready for change in your life and ready to put in the work, DO IT. The sleeve will not do the work for you. I have struggled with physical hunger as well as emotional eating but this is an awesome tool that will help keep you "good" long enough to see results and remember why you're worth it. At least that's been my experience.

After an hour of weight lifting today focusing on my arms, your pictures is motivational! I'm 7 weeks post op and I know that if I keep it up I might be lucky and have my guns looking as good as yours in 10 months! :)
