Awesome, Amy!  I'm struggling with my pre-op diet.  Please share what you've done to modify your diet to make that scale move!!!!  Congratulations to you!

It has been gradual changes, to learn hungry vs thirsty and relearn what hungry vs satisfied feels like but what helps me most is keeping up the water intake. It is always by my side, I went to 7-11 and got a big gulp thermos to keep it handy. If i sip that all day my stomach feels full and I don't feel like i am starving. i do cheat and i don't beat myself up, II just get back on track. Also I myself LOVE the isopure drinks. I mix 1 bottle with 32 ounces of a complementary powe aide flavor, then have it COLD. I have not had problem with taste or texture. I drink 2 a day do that is 40 grams of protein minimum. BTW skip the apple Mellon.
