1 Year Update - Pics Included

My 1 year surgiversary was about a week and a half ago – June 6^th.  I have lost 127 pounds - 112 pounds since the day of surgery and 15 pounds in the months prior to surgery.

I feel great and I love to exercise.  I’m slowly working up my confidence to take exercise classes at the YMCA, but for now, I do a lot of walking outside and on the treadmill and weight/strength training. 

When I look at photos from 1 year ago, all I can say is “wow”.  To see what others saw, is eye opening. 

I don’t regret having the surgery.  I wish I would have done it sooner.
