Love/Hate this pre-op diet

I was up forever last night too with a growling stomach, too. Hang in there. Wednesday will be here before you know it!

Did anyone only have a one week pre-op?

It is difficult for sure. Aside from other suggestions, I had asked my surgeon about gum. He gave the okay for sugar-free, and it helped as well as the popsicles. Hang in there!

Day 3, still starving here. I'm down 5 1/2 pounds now from Saturday's weigh in. Unreal. I just went out and bought more Isopure (ugh) and some Synthrax Lemonade. Bored to tears and always hungry. Going to sleep at night is the worst... I have no energy because I'm so hungry so I'm exhausted... but then my tummy rumbles and wakes me up. I've tried sleeping on my stomach to help. Not my best position, but I'll try anything right now. Thank you all for being so miserable with me. I can't tell you how nice this thread was to see. Misery loves company, at least this miserable girl does.

I reached out to the NUT to see if she has any thoughts about how to fill me up more.

I'm still super hungry too. I was down 2.4lbs from yesterday for a grand total of 7.4lbs down since Friday. That's the only thing keeping me sane right now. I'm so glad I got the day off. I don't know how I would've survived the break room. Keep us updated on what your NUT says? I just cleaned the house and now I'm totally exhausted!
