Just Over Three Months and 1st Primary Doc Visit

I've been going to the same primary doc for 30 years. He's supervised every diet I've ever done from Cambridge (anyone remember that one?) to Weigh****chers and Atkins.  He prescribed Redux in the past and seen me loose and gain easily 500lbs. Today I saw him for the 1st time since surgery to adjust my blood pressure meds. Needless to say, he was very pleased.  Two meds down, two to go!

BTW Frisco, if you're reading this, I am so ready for the Chinese pig out but I vote for Chinatown in NYC.  If you're ever in the area we can go together and stare at the Peking Ducts in the restaurant windows and dream. 

Way to go!  It's always a great feeling when you can please the doctor.  Keep up the good work!
