For sure do the strict carb....protein 80-100, carbs under 40, keep your calories in the 600-800 range. No white flour, no sugar.  Make sure you're drinking 80-100 ounces of water.

Don't be afraid to go back to your surgeon and ask for help as well.  They can help you optimize your blood chemistry and jus****ch you carefully in general. Especially since you've had issues in the past.

And if you do all of the above and still don't lose, consider a revision to the DS.  It will give you another component to work with and you may need it if you have a severe limitation on working out.

I am only 5 weeks out so don't have any advice BUT I do have some really cute pom poms that I can shake for you! You can do it! You can do it! Shish Boom Bah!
